Learning doesn’t end when school lets out; neither does the need for good nutrition! Through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), free, nutritious meals like breakfast, lunch and snack are available for kids 18 and under all summer long! Go to www.summerfoodflorida.org or call 211 to find the site nearest you.
The Summer Food Service Program is provided by the U. S. Department of Agriculture to ensure that all of Florida’s kids (up to 18 years of age) have access to free, nutritious meals throughout the summer when they lose access to the school meals they often depend on. It is a valuable resource in combating childhood hunger within our communities.
