Health Foundation is proud to invest in the Monroe County Access to Care Collaborative. Over the next three years, this initiative aims to enhance our county-wide network of care for the uninsured and medically underserved.Together with our amazing partners—Florida Keys Area Health Education Center, Good Health Clinic, Womankind, and Star of the Sea Foundation—we’re committed to creating a comprehensive healthcare system that prioritizes not just clinical needs but social support as well. By addressing critical services like food access and transportation, we’re working to ensure that every individual in our community has access to the care they deserve. With the recent launch of the on-site clinical hub in Marathon, we are on the path to transforming healthcare delivery in Monroe County.
