Health Foundation of South Florida is proud to invest in the Broward Regional Health Planning Council, which strongly emphasizes raising awareness, providing education, and facilitating enrollment for the ACA Subsidy & Tax Credit Eligibility Awareness, Education, and Enrollment initiative. This initiative aims to increase awareness and accessibility of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies and tax credits. Its mission is to empower Broward residents with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage by focusing on education and streamlining the enrollment process. Over the past year, the  Broward Regional Health Planning Council team has enrolled nearly 2,300 consumers into affordable insurance coverage via the federal marketplace (ACA).
