Concern Awards       Hold Your Heroes

To maximize funding for our regular grant cycles, Health Foundation will not be holding its annual Concern Awards Recognition luncheon in 2010.  We appreciate and thank all those who go above and beyond in helping to make South Florida a healthier place for all residents.  And next year, along with our thanks, we hope to honor these deserving individuals through the Concern Awards program.
